If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

* Service refers to the Website.

* Website refers to Aromattika, accessible from www.aromattika.com

* Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

* Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 12hours after receiving our email confirmation, if the order has not be dispatched already from our store. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 12hours from the moment you receive our email confirmation.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your payment. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 

All Goods are provided by Us for personal use only and not for resale.

Conditions for Returns

Every single Item/Good of our online store is unique, handmade from Us or from Our collaborative small Greek workshops. Returns are accepted only if the product has a major defect, is not working, or has arrived broken.

If it is so, Please contact Us promptly at: 0032813017152 or aromattika@yahoo.com, so that we can inspect it, and if the defect is confirmed and not due to subtle irregularities of handmade items, we will arrange either for a replacement, or a reimbursement to your credit card used for the purchase.

 

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

* The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days

* The Goods were not used or damaged, except the original damaged that you mention.

* You have the receipt or proof of purchase

The following Goods cannot be returned:

* The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.

* The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

* The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

* The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

AROMATTIKA The Store, Idomeneos 25, Heraklion Greece.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

 

Photos and Descriptions

Due to technological limitations and features, photographic imaging is never completely identical to direct visual inspection in person. The true colours You see depend on the specifications of Your screen and therefore, may not be accurate. Moreover, some photos may contain information of elements which do not correspond to the latest illustration of the Good, as it has been photographed in a prior form.

 

The descriptions of the Goods and Services provided may contain typographical of other errors and may not be complete or updated to a full detail. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in the description of the Good at any time and to alter or update the information posted on the Website without prior notice. We further reserve the right to refuse the execution of submitted orders regarding Goods for which We may realise that at any time of the order their description includes non-updated information on prices, shipping, quantity, availability, payment, terms of payment or return policy. In this case You will be informed in a short period of time for Your cancellation or changing.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
