Aromattika – The Store is responsible for each purchase during the time it is in transmit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which responsibility for your purchased Goods passes to you. The client is required to check their packages carefully upon delivery, so that they can register any reserves as required with they carrier. In case your parcel doesn’t show any external damages, but still facing problems with your recent order, please send us a email to aromattika@yahoo.com.
Shipping costs for all orders depends on its value, place of delivery, its fragility (extra protection for fragile Goods) and its weight.
Domestic shipping
For delivery within Greece intercity or intracity of Heraklion, Shipping will be 3,50euros up to 2Kg, and extra 1euro / per extra Kg.
International shipping
For delivery outside Greece, the Shipping costs for Europe up to 1Kg is 9 euros.
For more than 1Kg in Europe, you will have an estimated price during the checkout starting from 12,50euros and more.
For delivery outside Europe, the cost is estimated from 20euros and more.
An analytical shipping cost will be evaluated at the last step of checkout through our site.
In case of fragile Goods, We reserve the right of sending you an email in the next 1-2 working days informing you about the extra cost of shipping due to extra weight for the safe sending of Your Goods. The parcel will not be sent until the payment of the final cost of shipping and the order will be refund in case of disagreement about the shipping cost.
